trade in promotion

The ATT near my house was having a trade in promotion where you can trade in any eligible phones and get 699 towards a new phone. Mine was eligible so I traded it in (in store) and got the iphone 12 mini which was also 699. They told me I would see the installment plan charged and it would be credited after 3 billing cycles. Its now been 6 months and i'm still paying installments and show $538 remaining balance to pay off the iphone 12 mini.  I have done the online chat support 5 times each time they tell me they are opening a case, or that they have applied the credits and ill see them on the next bill but i never do. This has been so frustrating. Any one have any idea on how to get this resolved.

@Fl_retire Yes I upgraded to the unlimited that was needed to get the promo.

@ATTHelp I gave ATT all the info, they have the date of the trade in and the promotion info every qualification was met. I called again, they opened a case with their manager again and said someone would call me in 5 business days and, yet no one has called me.
