trade in problems
I've been on the phone 3 times with AT and T and have been given the run around. The first call I was told that they found all my info on my traded -in phone and that I would be reimbursed for the new phone I bought. Immediately my bill was fixed. Next billing cycle? They charge me again for the phone that I bought through a trade in. I called and suddenly was told the phone I sent in wasn't activated, then they said "find my iphone wasn't turned off" (it was), and now they say I needed to have unlimited service in order to get the trade in. After being told it was resolved, to now being on the phone for 2 hours tonight (disconnected twice. then a voicemail saying she tried calling me three times -- the phone was on with volume up right in front of me-- and that was all they were allowed to try to call back). I'm totally sickened by this process. Does anyone know an email to use to complain? Has anyone else had this happen?
