Trade In Phones Lost by ATandT

I did a promo arrangement with them in September. Received all of the promos except for the trade in credits. The problem is that I shipped all three of my trades in one box. It was 3 total and they only logged the one. The other two are not logged and they claim that they do not know the whereabouts of them, They have the IMEI numbers for each phone on file when i did the process, but they have yet to locate the phones after many tickets. Has anybody experienced this? If so have you ever managed to get it fixed? Any suggestions are welcome! Thanks

The label used for shipping connects a single phone to a single phone number on an AT&T account. Because you only used one label, only one phone was connected.

Those trade-in phones went to Assurant Mobile in lavergne Tennessee (Not AT&T, AT&T never saw them)

They (Assurant ) has no idea why you sent multiple phones in one box with one label. The chances of you getting the rest of those credits are slim to none, even if you do have IMEI numbers it's probably been several months the likelihood of finding those phones seems astronomical

The only chance you're getting any credits from AT&T is based on Goodwill .
