Text from 121.010.0002 appeared on my bill. What is this

It's probably just some sort of notification service, many social media networks and other organizations are offering those now. Most likely nothing to worry about, but I recommend contacting customer care just in case to make sure there are no paid subscriptions on your account. Also while you're talking to a representative, you can ask for a purchase blocker, to ensure no services ever try to charge your account without your permission.
