Terrible customer service expereince going on three weeks and over three hours on the phone
Started out by cancelling my landline and trying to transfer my mobile phone from my business to a personal phone. Since it involves personal and business i end up getting shuffled from one to other, with both saying they can't help me and need me to trasfer to the other. Finally got to someone who said they could help, two different times since the first promise didn't take, second promise didn't take either.
I'm at my wits end and headed to another provider if i can't get some kind of satisfaction here.
AT&T ..... worst customer service i've ever experienced by far ......
