Teacher Discount

How can I find out if the teacher discount has been activated on my account? I applied in store, completed the steps from the verification email, but haven't received any confirmation. In store, I was told what the per line price would be, but I don't see that price reflected on my statement. Note that I'm not issued a teacher ID/badge since I'm fully virtual, but I did submit my state teaching certification and my business card.

Has a new billing cycle started since you submitted your documentation? It might take a full cycle

Your discount would show on the front page, overview, on your account when you login, once applied.  It can take a month or 2
