Switching to First Net
Switched from ATT to First Net five months ago. Did it with a customer service representative in the store, I asked multiple times if I would receive a bill for my remaining contract, two representatives told me that everything will switch over and I would not be receiving a bill separately. Found out five months later that they sent a bill to my old address, added $25 late fee, and when I called today, they couldn’t reverse anything and I had to pay the remaining balance. Never received an email or was never told Via First Net that I owed anything. I wouldn’t have mind paying five months ago, if the representative knew what they were telling me.
