Switch from Verizon to AT&T
We have switch from Verizon to AT&T I was told if we switch they would give us new phones for free Been bill for both phone for four or five month what do I need to do?? The sale person key the wrong information that's what I been told HELP

If you signed up at a retail store, return to there for a manager to see what happened or apply to account. Promotions have guidelines to qualify, and one might not have been met. If it's longer than 3 bills, something didn't get applied. The longer you wait, the harder it is to resolve. If you're patient, you can try over the phone via customer service 800-331-0500 (or 611 from your AT&T phone) to inquire as to why it hadn't applied yet.
