Switch from Business Account to Personal

Good Morning,

I've been a member of AT&T for almost 2 years with a business account with my boyfriend but now that he is not working there anymore, we would like to switch to a personal account. Is there a way we can do this soon? The amount we're paying monthly is really high for a while and we have not been connected to the business for a year. I wasn't sure why it was so much until I looked into the charges.

I keep getting charge for something that’s over price when he told me my phone but was supposed to be a certain amount and they charge me almost doubled amount for three months already one of the mangers said report as fraud to your bank  like no I want my money now
