You will continue to be billed. The account isn’t closed until you are behind by 2-3 bills, maybe more.

[EDITED] This phone number has not been in service for at least five years. It has had a credit balance for several years. Now you are starting to bill me, despite receiving no service. Please cancel all charges and terminate this account.
