Such a shame ...

i've called numerous times, chatted, and Facebook messaged to no avail.  I have been a customer for around 10 years.  I am trying to amend my payment arrangement to a later date and have been told "it can't be done" and even "you're screwed."  I am not trying to get free service just want to pay at a later time.  And it can be done, because AT&T have helped me before.  Why not now?

Customer service agents are no longer allowed to make arrangements.  You must make the arrangements online.  The arrangements must be made before you are overdue and are limited.

 

if you have used up your grace periods for the year, you are done, and are likely to be suspended.  Too many have taken advantage so limits have been placed.

Iv Ben with them around the some amount of time.trying to do the some. Thing but they say the system won't let them chang it.

Thats correct.   The system is computerized now.

Blame all the bad apples with excuses every month, they abused the late payment system.

From what I understand, once you make a payment arrangement, it cannot be changed.

Your right but I was at least trying to do something.all the people at AT&T tryed to help but they couldn't.
