Such a shame ...
i've called numerous times, chatted, and Facebook messaged to no avail. I have been a customer for around 10 years. I am trying to amend my payment arrangement to a later date and have been told "it can't be done" and even "you're screwed." I am not trying to get free service just want to pay at a later time. And it can be done, because AT&T have helped me before. Why not now?
