Submit a notice of Dispute to ATT on discount

Hi T_C,  we're here to help look into why your submission is spinning.  

Try submitting the dispute from a different device to see if you still get the same spinning wheel.

This will help us determine if it's a device issue with you getting the spinning wheel when submitting the dispute. 

Also, try clearing your cache and cookies from the device being used along with trying a different browser to see if this helps.
