Store trade in and still being charged

I traded a phone in at the store and just realized they are still charging me. What can I do about this?

I am in a similar boat - I was told to wait 2 or 3 billing cycles.  Come to find out the Store didn't return the phone promptly.  This started in May. When I called in August, they found the phone and said give it one more billing cycle - called this week and was told again to wait one more billing cycle.
I hope you have better luck.

It was in perfect condition. I think the worker forgot to process it y mistake so I’m wondering if there is a fix for that

It wasn’t lower than expected value I think the worker forgot to process it correctly so it doesn’t even show it was traded in

I'm at another store now and learned that the store that took its time returning the phone was not a corporate store... I guess that plays a role in receiving prompt service
