I traded a phone in at the store and just realized they are still charging me. What can I do about this?

I am in a similar boat - I was told to wait 2 or 3 billing cycles. Come to find out the Store didn't return the phone promptly. This started in May. When I called in August, they found the phone and said give it one more billing cycle - called this week and was told again to wait one more billing cycle.I hope you have better luck.
It was in perfect condition. I think the worker forgot to process it y mistake so I’m wondering if there is a fix for that
It wasn’t lower than expected value I think the worker forgot to process it correctly so it doesn’t even show it was traded in
Lisa this gives me a little hope I guess that they can fix it although I wish they did it faster for you
I'm at another store now and learned that the store that took its time returning the phone was not a corporate store... I guess that plays a role in receiving prompt service
