store salesman's lie, now what can I do?

Hi,
when you find out the at&t salesman lies to you, what should you do?
I was told from at&t store seller the new my family plan's total cost is $6 increase from my current monthly bill.
my current bill => $230
new bill gonna be => $236 with some new changes on my acct.
I asked and double confirmed from store salesman twice.
But when I got the new billing statement, it was $276/m, it's $40 more than what he promised.
So, I went to the store and asked, but the store manager told me, he could not make it $236.
In the nutshell, i was cheated by store seller.
What should I do?

Read the bills. What difference in charges for?
One time charges?
Did you change from $15 to $20 line access? (Value plan to a more current plan)
If the charges are correct per the website, but you don’t want to pay the extra $40 your option is to request your old plan back.
