Stop hiding

I was overcharged every month by AT&T. In some cases over double what my bill was supposed to be.  For what?? Look back at my customer service calls, and listen to the recordings of said call. It is painfully obvious that I was getting SUB- STANDARD  service. But, equally as disturbing as the service, was your billing practices. How is it possible to be charged for a previous month that has already been paid in full? As well as

Your rant makes no sense and they don’t keep customer service recordings.

For what?  It's on your bill, which is itemized.

You tell us.  You bill is itemized and says exactly what the charges are.

Look back at my customer service calls, and listen to the recordings of said call.

As when you call, they calls are for training purposes, not to bolster your claim.

It is painfully obvious that I was getting SUB- STANDARD  service.

How?  What does that mean?  Since it's on us customers to choose a provider, it is up to you to make a change.

But, equally as disturbing as the service, was your billing practices.

AT&T and Verizon bill in an almost identical manner.  You have provided zero facts.  Since you gave contacted At&t in the past, we have to wonder what's going on.

How is it possible to be charged for a previous month that has already been paid in full?

Explain?  Like maybe you paid so late it showed up on the next bill?

As well as

Hmm?
