Still Haven't Recieved Trade In Credits

Its been over three months, I've been told next month you will get credits three times and nothing, several phone calls and online chats, and no one has been able to do anything but lie to me.How do I get my credits?

We hate to hear that you haven't received your trade-in credits. Allow us to get you in the right direction!

 

For assistance and all other inquires regarding your credits, please contact our Trade-In Support Team at: 1.888.445.6005 which are available Monday - Friday 7am to 10pm PST/ Saturday and Sunday 9am to 7pm PST.
