why would you suspend an account that’s 12 years old for 12 days late? I will be looking for new service else where! No thanks att!!

Have often have you been late? Did you contact AT&T to set up a payment arrangement? How long do you think AT&T should let you go without paying before your service is suspended? If 12 days isn't enough...how about 13? 15? 20? 

 

12 days means you've started the next billing cycle. That means you've already used one month of service you didn't pay for and now are starting another month of service. If you haven't set up an arrangement, why should AT&T have any assurance that you'll pay for the 1st month, let alone pay for another month?
