Service suspended but phone returned
Today our service was suspended for a phone return that was said to not be returned. We mailed the phone back and have a USPS tracking number. We have been in a constant battle with the business stating that we did not return the phone when in fact it was delivered as per the tracker and we were told by the CSR that it was in the possession of the warehouse.
It was later told to us that they never received the phone, and now finally that they didn’t know were the phone was.
We need help because it is not fair or ethical that we pay for a phone that was sent and received by AT T...this situation is eerily similar to our experience with AT T almost 2 years ago-
