Let's check into why your device isn't working!

  • What has happened to your phone, and what device are you currently using?
  • Has your cellphone been disconnected/suspended or unable to connect to the cellular network?
  • What do you mean: why is my phone off?
  • Did you receive an error message or notification due to your phone not working? If so, what did the message say?
  • Do you currently have an active postpaid or prepaid service with AT&T?
