Scammed by employee nothing being done.
Good afternoon, I recently had internet issues and a guy was sent to my house to fix it. I found out he was a veteran like me and he had asked me what company I used and told him T-mobile and he mentioned att but I said I was not really interested and he kept asking about what phones me and the fam had and I told him they were older phones, One s22 ultra5g, Two note 10+ and an I phone 11 red. He said he could get me 4 new phones for free if I traded in and then I said I would think about it. The next day he starts hitting me up about the phones. And I kept asking about letting me see the paperwork before anything and he kept misleading me around that topic. Then he starts hitting me up again asking if I wan5ed to pre qual and I said ok. He then says congrats you are approved for the 3 new s23 ultras and an iPhone 14 pro max. And that my first bill will be 250 then 230 every month after that including my internet as well. So he then proceeds and makes the order for my account by asking me for my login details. I know I messed up but I deal with mental disabilities and lots of meds for it. I have huge anxiety and tried to open up to someone for the first time since I been out and he failed me. So I get a bill in the mail that says I owe 480. I was like nope so I went to a local store thinking he was from it and found out he belongs to pensacola not here in Panama City, fl. He claimed he was a manager and is not. I overheard the manager say that he only traded I. Two of my 4 phones and kept 2. He said my taxes would be covered and all 4 phones and 800 to cover my switch from tmobile. The store manager told me not to pay my bill because it was not what the other manager promised. I just got hit another 100 dollars now in at 580 no way to pay and nothing g that was promised. I have everything in text messaging and showed the manager. Im not sure what steps to take next and am reaching out for help from a vet to those I vowed to protect with my life and still do. I can do the 250 but cannot pay the 330 they want every month. I spoke with tmobile and they are not charging for the s22 ultra that I still owed 800 on.

How long has it been? Discounts and promotions don’t start until the 3rd billing cycle. With make up credits for the missed months

I spoke with them and was directed to a man that told me he was in another country. He didn't seem like he was high up there. Didn't help me much but pointed out that the other two phones do not exist. He said he put a note and to call in August to see what happens. He said even though I was promised no activation fees that I still had to pay it. My bill was at 750. I had to pay 150 and now it looks like I agree with everything which I don't but need the phones due to va apointments and other apointments. I really got screwed here and everyone made it seem like they had the employees back when I have proof otherwise.

Again, it takes 3 months for credits... How long has it been? And if you don't pay your bill every month the credits will be delayed. Your first bill should have included activation fees on all the lines, installments on all the lines, and service charges. If your bill was current you could change to the cheapest plan which is $120 for phone lines. And I suspect you are not on auto pay which is why your bill is not paid. That's $40 every month you are forfeiting because you are not on autopay and paperless billing.
