Samsung Trade In stuck in Device Received and Processed status

Status of my trade in indicates Device Received and Process on 9/29/22.  When will it be completed and promotion applied to my account?  If there is an issue with the trade-in, how will I be notified/contacted?  So far, it has entered a black hole with no communication

If you don't get any results to this form file an FCC or a Better Business Bureau complaint. Doesn't matter which one they do exactly the same thing, they just for the complaint back to AT&T upper management and someone will contact you

Just because it was delivered doesn't mean they've processed it. It takes 3 bill cycles for credit to be applied, so until then there's no issue.
