If you bought the wearable on a installment plan, then yes it would. If you bought it outright, then no. How did you purchase your wearable? That will determine whether or not it shows up on your bill or not. Let us know if you have any additional questions!

thank you, I bought from ebay. I did not want to buy a wifi enhanced watch because someone said I would incur a charge on my acct, glad this isn't so with the one I bought.

Just as a heads up, voice and data roaming rates apply when using a smartwatch with AT&T NumberSync. Otherwise, pairing the devices using Bluetooth will result in no charges.
