Rude reps and supervisors
I called att to make a split payment, now they are telling me that I've never paid my bill on time, due to recent suspension because we where hacked on vacation. I need a 4 day extension from what I understand, and have read, but they don't want to help Us at all.... I have never been so disrespected in my life ... And I'm sure we'll be switching after this..
