Rude reps and supervisors

I called att to make a split payment, now they are telling me that I've never paid my bill on time, due to recent suspension because we where hacked on vacation. I need a 4 day extension from what I understand, and have read, but they don't want to help Us at all.... I have never been so disrespected in my life ... And I'm sure we'll be switching after this..

You are not supposed to call.  

To make payment arrangements you must do so online, or the My ATT app.  

You cannot make arrangements if you are already late.  You also have a limited number of late payments per year.  

If your due date is on a bad day, consider moving the date.   

If you are living hand to mouth, consider a cheaper plan.
