Ripped Off!
I have tried for the past 9 months to resolved my issue: I purchased a new iPhone in December 2019, I had to return it by mail, was told over and over that my refund would be processed once the phone arrived at the warehouse (which it did), I never received my refund and continue to get charged monthly for an iPhone I don't have. ATT reps have varied in helpfulness, majority of them were awful and hung up on my on the phone or via chat. A few reps helped partially refund me.
ATT, please refund me for the iPhone and stop charging me monthly loan fees for something I dont have.

It’s time to escalate your issue to corporate. File an FCC or BBB complaint.
