I did my 2 Iphone trade in program and I did check clearly ATT said that I would get S600 credits each for the 2 models Iphone under ATT trade in program criteria.  after I send it in, they took forever to verify that it past the time that I can't return the new Iphones If I don't want the deal. also, they said once you send it in, you can't get back your old phones if you want it too.  I just recently received the leter from Reward Center said I am sorry we are unable to confirm promotion eligibility and are sending payment for the market value of your Iphone for $35. this crap is (Edited per community guidelines). both of my phones are in working perfectly and screen are proctected by day one without a scratch. the back of the phones are also proctect it by the case. Therefore, I don't understand why ATT unable to confirm promotion. Confirm what???? the trade in program said my 2 iphones are eligible and if the phones  buttons all work and the screens are not scratch or crack, then what the (Edited per community guidelines) is UNABLE TO CONFIRM PROMOTION ELIGIBILITY (Edited per community guidelines).  If it weren't for the trade in program I could have switch carrier and get a better deal then what I have now.

When my contract is over, I will be no longer an ATT customer.  Even though the contract just started, so I have a long time, but I will never forget.   I am done with this crap.
