Hello, I just wanted to make a review so that people actually know how At&t is before switching to them. We had the absolute worst experience with them. First we try to have Wifi installed but the service tech never showed up on the scheduled day to install it, but for some reason they were able to have a guy come that same day to “show us apps to help us with the wifi” and then sell us phone plans. Two weeks later the service tech finally comes but can only give us 6 megabytes when they promise us 18, so we cancelled both our wifi and phone plans. They then charged us $238 for our phones which we asked for a refund since we didn’t have the service for even 2 weeks. They told us over the phone that they couldn’t do anything and that we would have to go to one of their stores to get the refund. So as we were told we went to 2 different stores which both told us again that they couldn’t do anything. Beyond frustrated with this company and would NOT recommend them to anyone. You would be saving a lot of time, stress and money going through someone else. :)

In the meantime, the AT&T Return Policy is going to allow up 14 days after purchase for a device or accessory to be sent back or exchanged. The time period begins the day after you purchase your device, or the day after your device ships. Restocking fees may be applicable; depending on location and type of device.
