Reverse payment please help

Good evening my name is Martha (Edited to remove personal information) and I had made a payment arrangement to pay 4/8/2020 in April 8th. Then I received notice that you were extending The payments until May 13 and I updated the previous payment arrangement . To May 15. Today I went into my account and you had withdrawn $467 from my account. I Going to make calling to weekly payments of $100. I have been affected by the Covid 19 I have proof of my medical records. I’m in quarantine and you completely emptied my account when the arrangements have been different I don’t have money for food or medications I am waiting for unemployment I really would appreciate if you can help me and reverse the payment and withdrawn only $100 on a weekly basis. You already got paid the bank cannot be involved so if you’ll be so kind and help me I will greatly appreciate it . In addition I have been a customer of AT&T for 27 years. Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated. Best Martha (Edited to remove personal information)

This is a customer to customer forum. No one here can access your account.

-------------------INCLUDED IN EACH POST FOR CLARIFICATION______

While AT&T employees do look at forum posts from time to time, we are here to represent the forum with our experiences as customers and do not represent AT&T in any official capacity with our responses and do so on our own time unpaid and off the clock. As employees we are not rewarded nor compensated to participate in these forums This forum is comprised of regular customers to communicate with other customers to offer advice and share experiences same as any other user Although there is a small team of customer care specialists that monitor the forums the sheer volume of posts are simply too many posts for these agents to respond to each one of them.

even if they did agree which i doubt there is no process in place to reverse charges, it would be in the form of a check or prepaid visa which takes 6-8 weeks to process

AT&T already gave you an extension and you agreed to pay them. Basically you are now just asking AT&T to give you a loan to pay for food and medicine, which is not a service AT&T offers.
