Returning equipment


unfortunately I moved a few months ago and I had to disconnect my service. I was unaware of the return policy that you guys have and I think I have missed my window. Is there any possible way that I could file some sort of claim or appeal so that I can send my equipment and not be charged the fee? (Still have the equipment in great condition) any information or help you would be willing to give me would be greatly appreciated.
