returned device not fully functional or in good condition
So I returned my iPhone 12 pro to AT&T in perfect condition, two weeks later I get a generic email saying "The device was received but not fully functional or in good physical condition"
The device was in perfect condition, it's has always had a screen protector and a case, it has never been dropped or scatched.
Where do I go from here???
They can't even tell me what was supposedly wrong with the device, just that it is worthless!
This definitely sounds like a scam to me... has anyone else had this happen?

We are here to help take a closer look to see why your iPhone 12 Pro is marked as not fully functional or in good condition, @hillsider.
Let's meet in a DM to further review the details about your trade-in device. You will find a chat icon next to a bell icon in the upper right corner of this page. Our next message will appear there.
