Who should I contact to confirm my retiree discount?
Who should I contact to confirm if I am getting an employee discount on my wireless? I don't see a discount on my bill. Not sure if there's a retiree contact # or website.

Hi there @BobSch,
Getting a discount on your wireless bill can be a great way to help bring down your bill. I would love to help you!
We do have a website where you are able to check and enroll your discount on www.wireless.att.com/business/enrollment/. Once you enter the information needed, you would receive a confirmation message.
If you are an AT&T Retiree, you will want to use www.att.com/dep to enroll in the discount and have it applied to your service. In order to make sure you are able to receive the discount, the account holder will need to be the retiree, or employee, of the company in order to be eligible for the discount.
Let me know if this information helps!

Greetings @BobSch,
Thank you for posting on the Community Forums.
I am glad you were able to enroll! After you receive your confirmation, you should have the ability to see your discount active on your account online. However, it may take 2-3 billing cycles for it to take effect. The good news is that you will be reimbursed for the first few cycles it did not appear.
I hope this information is helpful!

I am an eligible AT&T Retiree who has been trying to enroll in the AT&T Retiree Discount program. I have tried many times by using the www/att.com/dep site. The site tells me that I am eligible for a discount on my wireless service, but when I enter the contact information, I always receive a System Error message, please try again later.
This is very frustrating, and when I call the 888 722-1787 help line, it is not possible to speak to anyone about this issue, nor is the solution to the problem to be found by the voice response system.
Please assist me to obtain the AT&T Retiree discount for my wireless and Directv services.
Thank you
Regards,
William [edited for privacy-please do not post personal or unique information such as but not limited to full names, employee ID numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, etc.]

In my case, this approach does not work. I have followed the instructions to the letter, but after entering my contact information and hitting "Submit", I receive a System Error, please try again in a few minutes. I have been trying almost every day for the past week, and the result is always the same.

I have been getting a discount for my 31 years service on my internet. Now my internet bill has gone from $25.00 a month to $50.00. What happened and does anybody at att care. I see it is impossible via chat or on the revolving website to find an answer. My neighbor who I talked into changing from dish to att internet is paying $54.00 month and never worked for att. Maybe I can find a way on social media to at least find something and also to write to the board of directors. What a difference a day makes or should I say 31 hard years of faithful service.
