I had placed an order for a new phone and was also switching companies to AT&T. I had to pay a deposit of $100. My order had to be canceled because of technical issues and was told my card wouldn't be charged. Well it was.. And I'm still waiting for my $100 to be returned to my account. I don't even understand how AT&T can actually take a payment when I don't even have them as a provider. I've called, I've messaged, and still nothing. I want my money back.
