Remove upgrade fee
I would like the upgrade fee that I am being charged for $15 removed please

No going to happen. AT&T charges upgrade fees whenever you get a phone through AT&T or its resellers. If you don't want to pay the upgrade fee, you will need to buy your phones somewhere else.
From what I have read, an upgrade fee cannot be waived no matter what the sales person tells you.
