Reimbursement for multiple payments for prepaid service.

I've made numerous payments for my prepaid service beginning the month of March as detailed below I've also spoken to a few AT&T employees who also switched my prepaid service plan around accordingly they claimed, however I have yet to receive my reimbursement for the multiple payments for my prepaid service beginning the month of March an it's now April 9.

There is nothing detailed below. Regardless, this forum is not customer support. No one here can reimburse anything. Besides, prepaid generally does not refund. In any event, you must call for prepaid support.

You don't make payments for prepaid service, you purchase plans. Any time you "switched this around" you were purchasing a new plan and throwing the old one away. 

Granted, I'm making some assumptions here based upon the most frequent complaints we hear. Without the "details below" I admit I might be off base.
