regarding my bill phone number jonas velasco

I never stopped or cancelled payment for $240. you sent me a notice saying I am past due. Your company is horrible. problems with you all for the last two years. please fix it. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, CAN'T WAIT TO LEAVE YOUR COMPANY.

This forum is not customer support. No one here has access to your account to fix. What does your online account show? If the payment has posted, there is nothing to fix. The notice could have been sent in error. If the payment has not posted, first you need to check your autopay source to see if payment was made. If not, then you never paid. If your payment source shows paid but your account doesn’t, you need to contact customer support directly.
