Went in a store in March to switch my five years numb from Cricket to AT&T. Phillip took care of me. He made a big mistake, instead $75 monthly plan, he put my numb on 75GB plan. That was it. They couldn't switch it back, I couldn't get a new plan, or anything. I paid them $105 for that, and spent almost 2 days in a store for 1-2 hours of work 🤬 The store manager involved too late, she was busy doing nothing in her office.
Since then, I keep calling AT&T, because the store manager told me they will send me a refund check in a mail. Never happened. They said you have to go back to the store, you paid for a prepaid account so there is no refund back, and store guys keep saying like No, you have to call this and that number,...
Perfect store for losing money, time and old numbers. Losing a customer who was paying like a $1000 a year for $100 of his own money.
