Refund on the last bill

Hello,

I would like to request a refund from the last bill. I had travel abroad but I never called or used data or text. The only app I use is WhatsApp on WiFi. I noticed my bill is too high about $180! Since I don’t use roaming I don’t understand why is my payment so high.

please process a regular payment and send me a refund.

This forum is not customer support. You won't get any refund or credit here. If you are disputing your bill, you need to call. If you were travelling abroad, you probably got roaming charges and they were probably for data. If you did not specifically turn data roaming off or leave your phone is airplane mode, the charges are likely legitimate. Your phone will use data even if you aren't, if you let it. Your chances of getting the charges removed are not good but you do need to call. They won't get removed here.
