Received a bill when I don't have Att service

I have received a bill for service. I don't have Att wireless service. I did sign up for service but on the same day, maybe five hours later I had cancelled. The only fee I was charged was a restocking fee for the iPhone. I tried calling and when I finally reached someone he said I was in the wrong department (I wasn't) and gave me a number to call (which I was calling already). I need to get this disputed. The notice I received stated that if I don't pay it will be sent to collections.

Sounds like when you returned the phone, they didn’t cancel the line. In any event, this forum is not customer support. No one here can remove those charges. You need to call. If calls aren’t working, file an FCC or BBB complaint. The complaint will result in someone from corporate contacting you.
