re: Defective Pre Paid Phone Returned
I ordered a pre paid device Dec 8 2022 and it was defective, I took it to USPS and have my reciept. It shows on my acct phone shipped and fir me to activate. Att recieved the phone Dec 16 2022. I dont know whats going on. I called 5 tomes regarding this matter still not resolved. Makes no sense. If I have to contact my Local Congressman Office I will.

Your issue isn't exactly clear.
Do you already have an AT&T Prepaid account and were just buying a new phone, or were you starting a new account with AT&T. If it's the latter, you already paid for a month of service, so AT&T's wants you to activate it so you can get what you paid for.
Are they trying to charge you for not returning the defective phone or not issuing a refund?
