Random Upgrade Charge of $30

Charged a $30 upgrade fee when nothing was upgraded on the account. Called and after 30 minutes they took the charge off (I was told) and I was auto billed the correct amount on my Visa. Now this month's bill shows the $30 charge from last month as past due and I get a $9 credit on the charge that I don't owe. Waiting for a manager to call me to try and get it corrected again.
