Questions of 500 deposits refund
I am an international student so I didn't have SSN. Last year I joined ATT family plan and they asked for 500$ deposits. Now, one year has past already. But how can I get back my 500 deposits? I pay my bill on time every month. Should I contact with the local ATT store or something? When I ask my refunds, anything that I have to provide?

Call customer service at 18003310500 and talk to the rep over the phone. Ask them if you can get your deposit money back. If not, ask them why, make sure you ask for a clear explanation. If they tell you is not time yet, ask them when it will be allow to return it back to you, and if they give a date and time, make sure call back to follow up with them on that specific time and date.
