qlink tablet with AT&t network

got a tablet from qlinks its a free government phone the network is att and the billing cycle got switched on accident and now service is off what can I do to fix problem!

Qlink tablet would be locked to q Link. AT&T cannot do anything to unlock it you have to talk to q Link.

I don't know what you mean by service got switched off. Again you're not an AT&T customer You have to talk to your service provider

Qlink may use AT&T’s network, but the connectivity to AT&T’s cell network is via Qlink, and Qlink is responsible for the billing and the SIM in your device working.

There are about two dozen MVNOs that use AT&T to provide service to customers. They operate as independent businesses.

Qlink is one

AT&T cannot unlock their devices.
