Proof of purchase for installment plan that ended July 2023

I payed the remaining balance on my installment plan for my samsung galaxy z fold 3 in July 2023. I then unlocked the device and got service with another carrier. I need proof of purchase for the phone but since I'm no longer an AT&T customer, no one seems to be able to assist with providing a receipt. How do I escalate the matter to get the receipt?

Where did you buy the phone?  If you bought it from a store, you’ll have to go back to the store.

I have called customer service numerous times regarding this issue. They say that they cannot see the information as I am no longer an AT&T customer. ( since July 2023 ) I need to escalate to a department that can produce the proof that I payed off the phone and how much I payed. I have tried chatting with an agent as well with the same result. Perhaps I will need to escalate the matter to a third party for support.
