Prepaying my bill
I am a new AT&T customer and my bill is at 0.00 and I want to prepay my one time payment of $80.00. If I pay it now will it show up as an $80.00 credit or how does it work?
Thank You

Hi there @AshleyH0529
I’d be happy to help with your payment query! If you have an AT&T Postpaid account, you can certainly make a payment ahead of time. Any payment made to your account without a current balance to go towards will be applied as account credit. When a charge is then applied to your account, the amount of the charge will be taken from the account credit.
I hope this helps!
