I made a payment about 30 minutes ago, and deducted $8.00, because of an email I received from AT&T, letting me know that my bill had received a credit of that amount.

 

Suddenly, I find...on another page, that the payment had already been posted, AND ANOTHER payment had also been posted for the amount they had sent in my email notification, which was the payment I made PLUS the $8.00 that was supposed to be credited to my account. NOW, MONDAY MORNING, there will be TWO payments deducted from mt bank account, it would seem, since BOTH payments are posted. 

 

The 24/7 support is CRAP. There is no such thing! At least, I cannot find a number that has this support, nor does their "chat" work 24/7 either! Anyone have a solution to this, so I WON'T get charged 2 times?
