Post to: where can I write a review of AT&T?
My husband and I have been AT&T customers for more than 20 years. I cannot believe that this once-great company has lost its way so badly. Their customer service is TERRIBLE and the directory seems to intentionally put customers into a seemingly endless maze of being transferred from one agent to another. I guess they hope that customers will give up on reaching an agent and hang up. As I write this review, I have been on hold for more than 45 minutes and transferred to 5 different customer service agents. It's ridiculous!!! Hopefully, a bright entrepreneur will see that the industry is ripe for disruption and create a new phone company that values customers and their time.
