Ported account only 7 days into cycle

Billing cycle started December 2nd and numbers ported Dec 9th. Att billed for entire month of December and now an erroneous bill for January. Customer service refuses or cannot help with getting credit for January bill of $81. I have spent 2+ hours on the phone. I have been transferred around and hung up on twice.

My December bill for 7 days was incorrect at $131 as well. I paid that, as I just want to get away but this additional January bill is ridiculous.
