POOR customer service

My problem is with AT&T not ensuring that people across ALL departments are giving the right policy information. Im probably getting treated like crap because I want to switch away from att. So like any business they make you jump through hoops. I talked to two people in a store and one over the phone who instructed me the same thing. I waited for the time period they said to make my u lock device request. I tried and was given an error. Called att for the FOURTH TIME  only to be told the opposite thing and now I’ve lost two days and probably about 5 hours of my life for nothing. The last two I talked to basically spoke to me like I was stupid.
