Plan change, mobile value share discount lost
Bad programming.
Changed my plan, using the site tools.
Discount for Mobil Value Share Savings was lost for two phones.
I had to spend time with a rep, you your rep had to spend time with me.

Call worked.
But still disconcerting that I had to call. More of a complaint to get an issue filed on the system 😉
