Payment

I have a balance of $373 for my son and my phone. I pay the bill. I am disabled due to severe scoliosis in my back post 2 back surgeries. My son is disabled from a car was 16 (15) years ago. I pay most of his bills, including direct and cell service. I can’t pay any of this until 12-3. I have had to have internet disconnected at my house which is fine. But the wireless is the only way I can check on my son. My service is due to be disconnected today. I also can’t buy groceries or get any of my necessary medications. I am desperate. Can anyone give me any advice? Thank you

theres really not much you can do sorry, if your phone is set to shut off today its too late to setup arrangements but call and see if they can do something

You need to call CS before your bill is due in order to make payment arrangements.
