payment made to bring account current, how do I get phone turned back on?
Hi, Due to some confusion, AT&T suspended my account because they dint ‘apparently’ receive a phone I sent in as part of the trade in. Account was suspended. Things have been sorted, account all paid up. However, it’s been 5 hours I still don’t have service. How long does it take to restore service???

AT&T doesn't suspend service because they don't receive trade ins; you just don't get the trade in promotion. Your account was suspended because you didn't make the payment in a timely fashion.
In order to be restored, you had to pay everything you owe to a zero balance, even amounts that are not yet due. Is that the case, or did you only pay the past due portion? If you did, the service should be restored fairly quickly. If it's still not restored, power cycle your phone to see if that helps reconnect to the network.
